The outdoor tests are the most important for me. The ergonomy, the weight, the resistance of the edges, or simply the pleasure to use your knife can only be put to the test in a real life situation. One experience is not enough, that's why I asked people whose job is to live in nature (guides, hunters,...) to try my knives. They tested some of them in extreme weather conditions or checked their efficiency for particular use. Their comments and advice allow me to improve the quality of my products.
